This is a watercolor painting I call “Soundscape,” because the lines look to me like sound waves. The lines, or waves also take on the appearance of waves of the ocean. Soundscape and seascape are two words I closely associate with one another for some reason. It was a simple piece that I just let happen organically. Sometimes I don’t have a plan or even a visual until I start painting; then I just go with it. That’s what happened in this case.
This piece was created using watercolor paints on artist’s paper; it measures 14 x 17 in. It is available for purchase. Please contact me via email for pricing: email@example.com.
